OUR COMPANION POLICY
Your Doctor Will Decide Your Companion Need.
Companions Must Comply with Hospital Rules. In Case of Violation, Accompaniment Status of the Relevant Person → Will Not Be Accepted.
Companions should not perform any actions towards the patient (except for the instructions of the physician and nurse).
Companions Should Keep Hospital Furniture Neat and Clean. Any Companion Who Damages Hospital Property Will Cover The Damage.
In order to provide you with a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives; It is expected not to speak loudly in the patient room and service corridors and not to disturb the staff and other patients. Also, use the televisions in your rooms in a way that does not disturb others; It must be closed during doctor's visit hours.
Companions should not take patients out of the hospital or change their beds unless requested by the relevant physician or nurse.
Companions Should Not Use Tobacco and Alcoholic Substances Within the Hospital.
Companions should not bring food or drink to the patient, and should not give any food or drink to the patient without consulting the doctor or nurse.
Companions will benefit from our Hospital's Food Services without paying a separate fee.
Service Nurses Should Be Informed of Companion Changes.
Companions Should Notify the Nurse When There is Any Problem with Their Patients. Having a male companion in women's wards is not appropriate in terms of patient privacy.
OUR NEWBORN INTENSIVE CARE VISITOR POLICY
It is appropriate to visit every day between 14:00-14:30 and 20:00-20:30.
Our visit time is limited to 15 minutes. Duration may vary depending on the decision of the physician/nurse and the patient's condition. In Case of a Possible Emergency Response, Patient Visits Are Not Allowed.
For the health and safety of your babies, visitors are not allowed in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, except for Mom and Dad. You must bring an ID when coming to visit. For Other Relatives of the Baby, Windows Will Be Opened Only During Visiting Hours. Do not ring the bell unless it is important to ensure that the treatment and care of babies in the neonatal intensive care unit are not disrupted.
You can only learn information about the general condition of your baby in the neonatal intensive care unit from your physicians.
Physician; If the baby decides that he can breastfeed his mother, the family will be called and informed by the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurses.
Mothers will be taken for breastfeeding only twice a day at 13:00 / 16:00 and 19:00 as convenient for you.
Before entering the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, be sure to disinfect your hands with the hand disinfectant at the entrance of the door. Use the Protective Equipment (Mask, Cap, Apron) That Our Staff Will Give You.
Do not kiss patients and do not bring your mobile phone into the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In the event that an expected or unexpected negative situation develops during the follow-up of the patient, the patient's relatives will be informed by an announcement or by calling the phone numbers provided.
